Kaizen SurgeAI provides SMS AI and WhatsApp AI communication tools, advertisement services, business registration consultancy, ecommerce consultancy, subscription-based finance/marketing/social media support, a student internship and course program, and free online tools (including but not limited to file converters, a PDF editor, an image editor, and a resume builder). Service availability, features, and free tool functionality may change or be discontinued at our discretion.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to register for a subscription plan or the student program. Users under this age may use free tools only with the involvement of a parent or guardian, where permitted by local law.
3. Account & Registration Information

6. Free Tools
Our free tools (file/image converters, PDF editor, image editor, resume builder, and similar) are provided "as is" for general use. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that output files will be suitable for every purpose. Where a tool processes files client-side, we do not retain copies of your files; where any processing occurs server-side, this will be disclosed in our Privacy Policy.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services to transmit unlawful, infringing, or harmful content, to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer our systems, or to use our tools for any purpose that violates applicable law in your jurisdiction.
